Nomiyama Kannon-ji Temple is known affectionately as “Nomiyama-san.” It is visited by more than a million people annually and hosts major festivals such as the Hoshi Matsuri. It is also famous for its fall leaves and its 3,000 Mizuko Jizo statues, among other attractions.
